Learning to be Human

Learning to be Human is a record of a man in transition, an enneagram of transformation.

It is about practice and praxis, contemplation and meditation, philosophy and cosmology in the light of inner work traditions–the Fourth Way of GI Gurdjieff, and JG Bennett in particular.

Equally it is about the roles and seasons of life; being a father, publisher, writer, entrepreneur, and athlete.

Learning to Be Human is about balancing inner and outer, bring inner work into life, and bringing a life into the Work.
